How does the process work?
Call us! We will be on-site within 2-4 hours, for emergency calls, and fully equipped to handle any situation. We will assess the damage and provide you with a free estimate. Once you approve, and our contract is signed, our Asset Recovery Team will begin to implement the exact methods necessary to remediate the problem. We will keep you informed throughout the entire process and use an extensive variety of industry-leading equipment to combat the damage. Will I need to vacate the property?
The decision to stay on the property depends on how much damage there is, and your own personal preference. Keep in mind that there may be strong odors, loud noises from equipment or construction, or the inability to use utilities.
Will you work with my insurance company?
We will communicate directly with you and your insurance company throughout the entire process. Depending on your insurance company, we may bill you directly for your deductible. We will explain the entire insurance process to you after assessing the damage. If you do not file a claim, or the damage isn't covered, we will expect you to pay the balance as outlined in the terms of our contract.
